Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how the AnySing service at anysing.online processes information when you use the website. The service is operated by the AnySing administration. For privacy questions, contact privacy@anysing.online.

1. Information we process

  • Search queries, selected songs, and recording details needed to search for and prepare karaoke.
  • Technical request data, such as IP address, date and time, browser and device type, requested page, request identifier, and error details.
  • Cookies needed to protect the website, maintain an administrative session, and change a previously submitted instrumental rating.
  • An aggregate karaoke-start counter used to identify popular songs.
  • Google Analytics 4 data about visited pages, referral sources, browser, device, approximate location, and analytics cookie identifiers.
  • Instrumental quality ratings, selected problem reasons, and optional comments. The random voter identifier is stored in the database only in a protected form; the IP address is used for temporary rate limiting and is not stored with the vote.

AnySing does not require ordinary visitors to register and does not ask them for a name, email address, phone number, or payment details. Do not enter personal or confidential information into the search field.

2. Why we process information

We process information to fulfill a user request, find and prepare a song, play karaoke, keep the service secure and reliable, fix errors, analyze website traffic, estimate song popularity, and review instrumental quality.

3. Cookies

The website uses functional cookies. A persistent signed cookie allows the service to recognize and change a previous instrumental rating without registration. Google Analytics 4 uses analytics cookies, including _ga, to measure website traffic. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the tag configuration. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may disconnect a previous rating or limit protected features.

4. Sharing information

To provide search and karaoke preparation, AnySing may send the search query and song metadata to external audio and lyrics sources. Infrastructure providers may process request data to the extent needed to host, store, process, and protect the service.

When Google Analytics 4 is used, Google receives visit data and technical details about the browser and device. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites.

We do not sell visitor data or share it for advertising profiling. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

5. Retention

Search results and intermediate data may be cached temporarily. Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate and protect the service. Selected songs, metadata, and generated media may remain in the public catalog. Quality ratings and related comments are deleted after an instrumental is successfully replaced by a new version or the song is deleted. Other information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Security

We use organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask for information about data associated with you and request its correction, restriction, or deletion. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. We may request additional details to locate the relevant data and prevent its disclosure to another person.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page, and its revision date appears above.
